• Estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 working days courier shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays), if longer delays are anticipated, you will be notified.

• Orders placed after 1 p.m. on the day will be processed for shipment only on the following working days. All orders placed after 1 p.m on Friday or weekends will be processed on the following Monday. Deliveries are only made to valid addresses within South Africa, on business days only. The buyer or a person authorized to accept delivery on the buyer’s behalf must be available during normal business hours at the delivery address specified in the Order Confirmation (“Delivery Address”). Any person accepting delivery of the Products may be required to produce a form of identification. If we are unable to deliver within 15 days of your receipt of an Order Confirmation, we will contact you and either process a refund immediately or arrange the delivery of another product, to the same value.
